Needed a very specific Grand Cherokee so we can four wheel flat tow behind our motorhome, and LMJ Auto had the exact car at a great deal price compared to the 5 others we looked at and drove, including compared to another large used automobile company you’d easily recognize. Lalo Jr was polite, professional, and responsive to our inquiries and requests. A businessman and entrepreneur who knows the value of fairness and kindness to his clients and potential customers. I’d buy my next used vehicle from him again!

I felt compelled to share the experience I had with Luis at LMJ Auto. Buying a car for my teenage son was very stressful and i was about to give up because every lot I went to was very textbook.. (just wanted the sale) I had literally been to every used car lot around and didn’t find anything I was comfortable putting my son in. I accidentally came across this place and Luis made it an unexpectedly pleasant and memorable journey. From the moment we walked in he treated us as if we were old friends! He didn’t just see me as another customer; he took the time to listen to my needs and wanted to get to know me as a person. It was clear from the start that his goal was not just to make a sale, but to ensure we were genuinely happy with our choice. What touched me the most was how he went above and beyond even made a house call the same day after a sensor came on (it was nothing major and he fixed it at our house) His honesty and integrity were evident throughout our interactions, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Even after the sale was completed, he continued to check in to make sure everything was going well with his new car. It’s rare to find someone who is so genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction, and it’s something I deeply appreciate especially as a mom. I left the dealership not just with a great car, but with the sense that I had made a friend. If you’re looking for a truly caring and trustworthy salesperson, I cannot recommend Luis enough!
